Can't access any instance

App isn't loading, and I left loading for greater than 1 hour. Website isn't even opening, it's like my IP is banished or one thing. I'm from Brazil and I accessed both website and app last month normaly, but since 2 weeks ago I simply can't. It says "Network error. Attempt again later" or "undefined", however my internet is simply high-quality, for actual. I'm making an attempt every single day since this started.

What is that this?
