Caught in the Loop: Kraken is boasting about million-dollar deals while their AI holds thousands hostage

I am posting this as both a warning and a desperate cry for visibility because Kraken’s automated system has trapped me in an endless loop, and their support is entirely run by AI bots that close my tickets in seconds.
While Kraken is in the news closing million-dollar institutional deals, regular users are getting their funds completely locked by broken backend code. Here is the exact nightmare loop I’ve been trapped in for the last month:
1. The "Trap" Begins:
Kraken sent me an official email explicitly telling me to withdraw my USD balance so it wouldn't be put on a "complaiance review." They were actively trying to offboard my account.
2. The Identical Match:
I did exactly what they asked. I initiated a USD withdrawal to the exact same bank account the money originally came from. It is securely linked via Plaid. The legal names match flawlessly down to the middle initial. There is zero chance of a user typo or fraud flag.
3. The 10-Day Endless Loop:
• Attempt 1: I hit withdraw. Kraken puts the funds on a 10-day pending hold. On day 10, the transfer silently cancels itself. No error code, no explanation. Just a fresh automated email telling me to "withdraw your funds."
• Attempt 2: I think it's a temporary glitch and try again. Another 10-day hold. Another silent cancellation. Another automated email telling me to withdraw.
• Attempt 3: Same exact thing.
I have been stuck in this cycle three consecutive times for over 30 days. Every time I try to comply, the system resets the clock and holds my money hostage for another 10 days.
4. Banned for Asking for Help:
When you try to get support, you are forced to talk to an AI bot. If you manage to submit an internal complaint ticket, the automated system closes it within seconds. I tried reaching out on public community forums just to get a human eyes on my file, and I was immediately banned.
The front-end UI is telling me to exit, but the back-end compliance gate is locked, and there is physically no human being available to clear the flag.
Where it stands now:
