hacker took money. No recourse

I've been a Binance consumer for years. It has been good general. Only recently though, my PC was contaminated with malware (i discovered the subsequent day). Yes i do know i should have been extra cautious. Anyway, i had a Binance session open in net browser. Later that night time, the hacker withdrew funds by way of FDUSD by way of my session.

I raised a case with Binance. They say my google MFA was used. I dont perceive how that can be as MFA is just by way of my telephone, not the PC. Maybe since that they had access to my google password manager, they might get codes that means. I've reported the difficulty to the authorities.

Binance help has been somewhat troublesome. Perhaps its a language difference. I feel like i'm talking to a bot even when i'm speaking to an individual. Principally they'll cooperate with the police, but will do nothing themselves.
