Problem with gas account

So I want TRX but I can't purchase any because the bank card from my country someway isn't supported (Canada).

I'm new to all this and I dont understand what i can do. All the tutorials I've seen on-line have choices/buttons that my app doesn't have (or they're in a special place and that i can't find them). I dont understand anything and I want to use this now for my job
