Question about devices and Binance

Binance lately banned my account without giving any rationalization and i’m conscious that they HWID detect and ban new accounts opened on the same gadget. This account was previously opened and used on an previous iphone, however when it acquired suspended it was on a new telephone. So my query is, if i format the previous telephone and use a new Binance account (new id), will binance detect the gadget and droop the brand new account? Because the one that obtained suspended was beforehand used on that very gadget as nicely
