Why?

Everyone knows the saying "Not your keys, not your coins," but when you need to use a CEX, you no less than anticipate their customer service to not blatantly misinform your face just to purchase time. Binance situated the funds and authorised the return to the unique handle. The estimated timeframe displayed on their interface was 3 enterprise days.

Finding your self held hostage by the sluggish administration and lies of a CEX is insufferable. They have my XRP, they validated the return, but no one is capable of urgent the button to initiate the transaction.

Has anybody else seen their case caught at Stage 3 ("Processing Funds") for this long? How did you handle to get up their technical group aside from enduring the help's pre-recorded scripts?
